Happy first day of school!
Its 3:00. I haven't heard from Dan yet but he's almost done with his first day back. His 4th year teaching 4th grade! Ari and I sent him off with a big breakfast (including bacon!) and a fruit smoothie. He seemed excited but I could tell that he was a little nervous. We'll see how it goes.
Ari started school today too. She's practicing her words like mama and dadda. She isn't as interested in her literature class because the books taste too good to read. She is an avid listener and observer and I'd give her an A for participation.

That Ari has so much personality. Where did she get it all?
Dan will be fine as he has a heart for the kids and to be able to mentor. Praise God for him and his willingness to teach the kids of the world. Press on Dan! Far as the picture of Ari....... what can one say about her that hasn't been said. She looks so bright eyed and bushy tailed, like she knows what she is doing... I think she does!!
